missingWrote a review on Jan 04spacious accommodationsfishing pondoutdated furnishings
The two-bedroom resort villa offered spacious accommodations, ideal for a family getaway. A particularly nice feature was the fishing pond view, providing a tranquil backdrop for relaxation.
While the room layout is decent, the furnishings felt outdated, with a couch that sank a bit too much for comfort and bedding that could use an upgrade. The noise from the nearby freeway was noticeable at night, making it hard to get a good sleep. Dining options were severely limited, especially with the main restaurant closed during my visit, and I found the on-site market lacking essential items, leaving us with few food choices. Parking sometimes felt like a hassle as well, given the distance from the units and the busy nature of the resort.

The renovated rooms were incredible, but noise from neighbors was disruptive.

Beautiful setting, needs better management
What a lovely view we had from our One-Bedroom Mountain Suite! The pool area was inviting and perfect for family fun. However, communication with staff could be improved. we faced challenges with late check-in and room setup that dampened our excitement. Calling ahead may help future guests avoid similar issues.

would definitely come back
The one-bedroom suite was spacious and had a full kitchen with modern appliances like a microwave and refrigerator. The pools were awesome, perfect for families. Fitness center was top-notch with great equipment. Loved the fire pit for evening s'mores. The golf course views added a nice touch to our stay.

Nice vibe, needs better service
Just wrapped up our stay in the mountains, and honestly, it was pretty cool! The pool was a hit with the kids, and we loved the outdoor dining area. But man, the customer service was all over the place. We had to chase down basic stuff like a shower curtain. Super frustrating.

The spacious one-bedroom mountain suite provided a comfortable base for our family vacation. We particularly enjoyed the fantastic pools and jacuzzis, which were perfect for winding down after a day of exploring the area. However, the limited dining options made it tricky to find meals that we wanted without venturing far. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the location’s proximity to attractions.

We had a fantastic family vacation at this resort with two couples joining us. The pools were amazing and perfect for the kids, and we really enjoyed our time at the on-site restaurant. The spacious accommodations made it feel like home away from home.
In my wife’s opinion, the hotel needs better communication about housekeeping services for families. It would be great to have daily cleaning options without difficulties.

I went to see a theater presentation of A Chorus Line during my stay and enjoyed it. It was nice to relax at the pools and see the grounds less crowded than before. Staff were friendly and made our experience more enjoyable.
Check-in took a while, which was frustrating. I did not appreciate the pressure to attend a timeshare presentation.
